These Terms & Conditions take effect the moment you complete account registration on magum.vip. Continued use of any feature — including deposits via Touch 'n Go or FPX — confirms your ongoing acceptance of the current version.

A Bahasa Malaysia version of the full Terms & Conditions is available on request through our support e-mail. We aim to send the document within 48 hours of your request, at no charge to your account.

You have the right to close your account without penalty if you do not agree with a revised version. Notice of any change is sent to your registered e-mail before the new terms take effect, giving you time to review and decide.

Payment disputes are handled under the dispute-resolution clause in these terms. Submit your case via support e-mail with the transaction reference number; we investigate within 5 business days and communicate the outcome in writing.

The same Terms & Conditions apply across all Malaysian states. However, access to specific features depends on whether local law in your state permits it — eligibility is your responsibility to verify before using those features.

Submit a written data-removal request to our support e-mail. Under these terms, we will process the request within 30 days, subject to any statutory retention obligations that require us to keep certain records for a defined legal period.

If your account is closed — whether by you or by magum under the termination clause — any verified balance is returned via your last used payment method, such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay or Boost, within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal policy.
